Agusto & Co’s fourth annual edition of the Consumer Digital Banking Satisfaction Index examines customers’ preferences towards digital banking platforms hosted by selected banks in Nigeria in 2021. Also, it comprises a survey and a scorecard, which ranks the coverage of banks based on consumer feedback.
