The rating expires on 23 June 2021.
The rating assigned to Legacy Money Market Fund (“Legacy MMF” or “the Fund”) reflects the Fund’s conservative credit and liquidity profile. Since the launch of Legacy MMF in February 2019, the Fund has maintained good credit quality of underlying investments, with assets held in securities with well rated entities. However, Legacy MMF breached the regulatory 90-day weighted average maturity limit on a number of occasions in the review period. Nonetheless, the Fund has been returned to be within stipulated limits, which we expect to be maintained going forward.
